Garage door was not coming down with the opener. door would open but not close with the remote.
Lisa was a fantastic customer to work with. Lisa called us at 4:30 p.m. and we were out there by 6:00 p.m. that day. Lisa was having problems with her garage door not closing with the remote. The door would open but was unable to close. We inspected the garage door, opener, and remote system and were able to find the problem. After troubleshooting the door we fixed some wiring issues and then lubricated the door. Now her garage door and remote system work perfectly. This client was very happy with our services.

This customer had one huge issue with their garage door: the tension cables had come off of the garage door, which causes problems with the opening and closing of the garage door. Unfortunately, this isn't an easy fix for someone who doesn't know much about how garage doors work. Fortunately, we were able to help this customer get his tension cables back where they were supposed to be. When we arrived on site, we assessed his problem and were able to recognize right away that the tension cables were in need of repair. In order to complete this job, we mounted the customer’s tension cable back on the drum of his garage door. When we were done, he had no problems opening and closing his garage door.

After taking a look at her garage door opener and giving her the diagnoses of a bad circuit board, she decided that she wanted to get a new opener. After choosing a new opener for her garage door, we installed it and then reprogrammed her garage door remote and keypad to work with the new opener.
